Holiday camps can be a big source of income and new members. The camps that fill first are planned early and easy to book.

Six to eight weeks before

  • Confirm dates, venue, staff ratios and the daily timetable
  • Set prices for full weeks and single days, plus any sibling discount
  • Open bookings with a waiting list for each day

Four weeks before

  • Share photos and short videos from your sessions
  • Send a reminder to families who booked last time
  • Put a flyer up at schools and community venues

The week before

  • Check medical and SEND information for every child
  • Send a what-to-bring message with drop-off and collection times
  • Print or prepare digital registers for each day

After the camp

Ask families for feedback while it is fresh, share highlights on social media and open bookings for the next holiday straight away.

With YouthClubHub: day-by-day bookings, waiting lists, QR tickets and live registers make busy camp mornings simpler.
